Strident’s Holiday Cover solution means that your organisation’s IT support doesn’t have to take a break when your IT support people do.

Our solution is discussed with you in detail and put together to fit the exact needs of your business. For example, one of our experienced systems engineers can come to your premises to cover day to day support issues and ensure that your systems continue to run smoothly during the holiday period - offering you peace of mind and maximum efficiency. Whilst on site, our engineer will also be happy to carry out a site audit at your request and make any relevant recommendations for your IT system, network security etc.

Alternatively, we can offer remote, helpdesk cover for an agreed period to cover either holidays within your IT department or even to help out if your IT team are involved in a particularly large project.
