FUNDRAISING NEWS FOR BREAST CANCER
AWARENESS (November 2007)

Strident
took part in ‘wear it pink’ day on Friday 26th October -
the original and biggest pink fundraising event during Breast Cancer
Awareness Month. The money supporters raise makes a real difference and
will fund vital breast cancer research - a disease that one woman in
nine is diagnosed with in the Canada.

|
As
well as dressing in pink for the day (yes, even the engineers!), cakes
and sweet treats were made to bring in and sell to other colleagues.
Just over $50 was raised for the Breast Cancer Campaign. For further information

Strident
Directors, Peter Modos and Philip Shard, recently joined over 10,000
Microsoft partners, industry experts, speakers, exhibitors and
Microsoft executives from all over the world at the Microsoft Worldwide
Partner Conference 2007 in Denver, Colorado, USA.

As
well as the opportunity to network with other partners to discuss the
most up to date technologies and best practice methods, they were able
to dive deep into the latest solutions with sessions taught by industry
experts.

primary school in helping them meet their annual Christmas card needs.
As strong believers of how businesses need to look beyond simple
corporate objectives and consider too its wider impact on the world in
which it operates, we asked a local primary school to run a competition
